Service Standards and Quality Control
We don’t rely on “best effort.” We use repeatable standards so you get consistent results.
Our standards include:
- Property walk-through before the first service (when needed)
- Clear scope of work in writing (no vague promises)
- Photo documentation available for before/after services (upon request)
- Clean-up expectations defined upfront (what’s included vs. what’s extra)
- Respect for landscaping features (beds, edging, ornaments, irrigation components)
If anything is missed that was in the agreed scope, notify us within 24–48 hours and we’ll address it promptly.
Safety and Property Protection
We take safety seriously because landscaping equipment and debris are real risks.
Common protections we follow:
- Pre-check of lawn and work areas for debris (sticks, stones, hidden objects)
- Safe equipment operation practices
- Damage prevention around beds, curbing, and landscape features
- Work is paused if conditions are unsafe (lightning, hazardous winds, etc.)
